The proceedings had been referring to local weather change results of coal emissions in respect of the Narrabri Stage 3 venture.
The ECCQ has been in a protracted authorized continuing towards coal and fuel initiatives together with the Narrabri venture with the group submitting its first software to the Federal Minister for Atmosphere and Water in July 2022, which was rejected.
The group then approached the Federal Court docket and the Full Federal Court docket later, each of which had been rejected.
